A lifelong athlete and skilled yoga practitioner, Jana developed JOGA; an athletic based style of yoga that speaks to the athletic mind and athletic body. After stumbling upon yoga while nursing her own injury, Jana trained in Tokyo to become an Ishta certified yoga instructor. Wanting to bridge the gap between Sport and yoga, she developed a number of sport specific programs including Yoga for Golfers and Yoga for Runners before developing the JOGA program. Although she continues to teach privately, she has found her niche market in the realm of high performance and elite athletes. Olympic Athletes and Professional Athletes all over North America in the NHL, NFL, MLB, NBA and CFL are practicing JOGA.
