Rick Parnham

 The President of Ontario Association of Basketball Officials, Rick Parnham is heavily involved with leadership in sports official education and administration. He is currently Assignor for the York Region Association of Basketball Officials and Vice-President of Ontario Associations of Basketball Officials.

On top of being skilled in the recruitment, retention, evaluation, and training of basketball officials in both York Region and Ontario, Rick is also an avid golfer. He is Associate Editor and Travel Writer for On The Tee magazine. His passion for the sport lead him to sharing his golf experiences through course rating and reviewing. He has played hundreds of the best courses in North America, and loves supporting junior golf as Tour Supervisor of the BAGS Junior Golf Tour and as a high school golf coach.
